After accepting and finalizing your request I will not issue any refunds. Payment must be made via PayPal. I have the right to refuse requests if they do not go along my guidelines or other reasons I will state upfront whether it be due to morality or the request or limitation of my own artistic ability.
If inquiring through social media, I will ask for an email address to send the full resolution images to once completed, whether that be before we start, or after we finish.

I will send an invoice from Paypal for your commission after the discussion phase. There will be a 2.99% fee added on top of the final payment as amenity for Paypal's goods and services fee. (Options for different payment methods can be given upon request.)
If paying in full beforehand is too much, I am more than welcome to set up a down payment up front, then the rest at a date we can set before I color the commission. If choosing to pay for the commission via multiple transactions, I will not send unwatermarked progress pictures or any progress pictures beyond a coloring/finishing stage until a full payment has been made.

I ask that you respect the time it would take me to finish your piece. I will set times for when your commission will be started depending on the slot you've claimed/other commissions scheduled before yours. I will send you images of your piece’s progress to see if you are satisfied with it before I move on with the piece’s completion.
I do not finish commissions on a crunch time. Commissions, when paid for, may take 10-30 days to finish after start time.
I may ask for permission to post your commission on any of my social media (watermarked and with my signature present) after finishing it and only after sending the full art to you first, you have the right to refuse, and/or, may post on your own terms with proprietorship to the piece, but not to it's creation.

The client will receive (once finished) art without my signature to use at their disposal.
PAYING FOR ANY WORK FROM ME IS NOT PERMISSION TO:
-
CLAIM MY WORK AS THEIR OWN
-
ADD PERSONAL SIGNATURE/WATERMARK(S) OVER THE PIECE
-
SELL OR MARKET THE COMMISSION OR ANY OF MY PERSONAL ART FOR PERSONAL/BUISINESS PROFIT
-
MINT/SELL COMMISSION RECEIVED OR MY PERSONAL ART FOR NFT (Non-fungible tokens)
-
USE THE COMMISSION OR ANY OF MY PERSONAL ART FOR TRAINING DATA FOR ANY GENERATIVE TOOLS, PUBLICALLY AVAILABLE DATABASES THAT INDEXES A.I. PRODUCED IMAGES OR ANY TRANSFORMATIVE USE

Depending on the background, I will price what I seem is fit ranging from $20 or higher all prices will be discussed before-hand to the client's knowledge. A solid color background, simple pattern or personal photo supplied for me to use as a background is free of charge, any image supplied by the client for background/foreground elements to be included directly in the commission must have full ownership from the client themselves, or have full rights to use said image, or it is the client's responsibility to get full permission to use in the commission.MUST SEND (if using) THE BACKGROUND IMAGE BEFORE I START COMMISSION/DURING DISCUSSION!

Whether it be a detailed description or art of the character, please send whatever reference you can! It doesn’t have to look "perfect", as long as I can work off of it. Depending on the complexity, I will most likely charge extra if I see it fitting (read the "Things I will/will not draw" section at the bottom of this page for information).
The more detailed the request and reference is, the easier it will be for me to nail it down, from the pose to action. Not required, but appreciated. If you ask for [character] with no other details, I will draw the character stoic. Same applies to the simple backgrounds I do.
If supplying reference images, I will not work off of images that are not their own or not free use, if the client sends images that question the integrity of their source (EG: personal/intimate photographs of real people that are being used without the photograph subject's knowledge, maliciously- or other artists original characters and/or personal designs without permission, I will refuse to use those references or work on said commission.
Outfit references, stock/royalty free subject photographs, client's personal photos/art, "mood boards", written descriptions, game characters/models, and client's own sketches/thumbnails are welcome, if you are not sure if a reference image can/ can not be used, please make sure or ask if it can be from it's source or I will be more than willing to help with some design aspects for you.
